HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT? 1. Go to the "BOOK ONLINE" page to book an appointment for your preferred TCM service. ​ 2. Select staff. ​ 3. Choose your preferred date and time from the slots available. ​ 4. Fill in the booking form and submit. 5. You will receive an email with confirmation of the successful booking request. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon the approval of your booking request by our physicians.
HOW DO I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING(S)? 1. Login to your account. Not a member? Sign up using the same email you used to book your slot. ​ 2. Go to the "MY BOOKINGS" page. ​ 3. Select "RESCHEDULE" or "CANCEL". Please note that online cancellations can only be done up till 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment. WHAT DOES "Bookings will open 45 days before the session starts" MEAN? 1. Early bookings are allowed up to 45 days in advance. ​ 2. The slots will only open 45 days before the appointment slot, according the appointment timings of each physician. I.E.: If you wish to book for a 2pm slot on 15th AUG 2023, you can only book it from 1st JULY 2023 at 2pm.
CAN I CLAIM FROM MY COMPANY OR PERSONAL INSURANCE? Yes, you can! We are registered TCM practitioners under the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB). You can find our TCM physicians registration information via this link : https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/tcmpb/en Simply submit the receipt(s) with written memo from us to your company or insurance agent to make your claim.
